The reasonable man adapts himself to the world.
The unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself.
Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

Passion and social conversations
So what is your story?
What are you passionate about or what would you spend most of your time talking about beyond work?
iBeehive® International is the partner organisation to Sportsbees® International. Essentially, it is a different structure because some people do not like sport. Whereas, in social situations, most people are interested in a limited number of passion drivers.
If you do not like or talk about sport, what do you like talking about or discussing?
Besides family and friends, some non-exhaustive examples may include
Music | Films | Comedy | Video and/or shows on Television (Terrestrial, commercial, streaming services on Television or other devices including via the internet) | Dance | Art | Theatre | Holidays | Physical activity or health and wellbeing | Food and drink | Travel (and how) | Religion | Education and learning | Health | Work | Charities and charitable causes | Finances and investments | Houses (owned or rented) | Gaming and eSports | Cooking | Gardening.
We deliberately avoid politics in this list (but recognise this may be a topic of conversation - both good and bad).
Generally we tend to talk socially about limited topics of relevance to us. Sometimes they mirror what we do day-to-day, sometimes they do not.
Our story revolves a lot around sport, but it is not exclusive. Indeed, some of our work experiences have been totally outside of sport. Examples include working at Capgemini (and depending upon the context) this brand in itself maybe generates almost 0% awareness or 100% awareness depending upon the context. Sport is not a service line still at Capgemini, but they do have a Transforming Sports section to enhance the experience for fans and athletes alike, making the most of technology, engineering, and design. Capgemini support major global sporting events, that celebrates their core values. Sports offer a unique platform to highlight our expertise in transformative technology and innovation. And, yet, you could replace sport with any passion driver. At this time, Glastonbury (in the UK) has just been attended by thousands, Oasis have just started a comeback tour to be attended by thousands and soon Tomorrowland and Mysteryland will grab the focus of thousands more people (some in Europe, some further afield in parts of Asia). Other continents will see other similar events around musical passion drivers.
And so, our services and thinking frameworks and tools apply to sport, but they apply to any context (some of which many will argue are unique). The contexts may be unique, but the tools and frameworks can be used to be #AlwaysThinking and #AlwaysLearning.
Our Services
With years of work experiences in global IT services and consultancy, sports business consulting and experiences in Higher Education, we do not believe that there are single solutions that work for multiple organisations. Every one is unique for multiple reasons.
This said, we have various processes and model(s) that are designed to be used as thinking and intelligence tools.
We consider the principles of The Halo Effect produced by Professor Rosenzweig at the International Management Development (IMD) University. Other data tools and creative processes (e.g. Creative+) that aid thinking, analysis and creative thinking when utilising the models and data sources.
Who we are
We have years of experience working in Marketing Management (marketing planning, competitor and business intelligence) in the global IT services and consultancy sector, Sports Business Consultancy, Strategy and Management Consultancy, Summer Olympic Sport Independent Board member experience and Higher Education teaching relating to strategy, marketing, marketing communications and consultancy in the UK, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Whilst we work in the areas of our services, we have professional membership accreditation with The Institute of Directors, The Chartered Institute of Marketing (Chartered Marketer), the British Academy of Management, the Chartered Association of Business Schools (Certified Management and Business Educator) and the Federation of Small Businesses.
We recognise and use the sunflower and other professional organisations too (which links to hidden / invisible disabilities).
